https://integralunfoldment.com/
Aletheia describes itself as an advanced coaching program, and its methodology is both [[π‘ Trauma|trauma]]-informed and grounded in [[π‘ Systems Thinking|Systems Thinking]]. Its founder Steve March is trained by both the IFS Institute and [[π€ Jay Earley]] (and *many* other people). He spent years studying under [[π€ A. H. Almaas]], who is also one of [[π€ Gabor MatΓ©]]'s teachers.
It integrates:
- Parts Work, inspired by [[βοΈ Internal Family Systems]]
- Process Work, inspired by Gendlin's [[π‘ Focusing|Focusing]] and Bosnak's Embodied Imagination
- Presence Work, inspired by [[π€ A. H. Almaas]]'s Diamond Approach
- Nondual Work
