> The Unfolding Practice explores three “depths” that we naturally move between through what is essentially a real-time guided meditation custom-tailored to you. The particularities are different for everyone, and the first few sessions are often what you might call orienting sessions, which allow both of us to acquainted with your unique interiority.

> This practice doesn't change you or bypass [[💡 Protector Parts|Protector Parts]], it actually includes most of what you’ll read in the Guide on [[⭐️ Internal Family Systems|Internal Family Systems]] but modifies and adds onto it. This practice helps set the conditions to allow us shrug off what stunts our natural growth and [[⭐️ Self-Becoming]], like glue rewarming and melting off a flower bud so that it’s allowed to bloom and unfold on its own. The same energy that grows the trees, that keeps the universe in its constant steady stream of change, is in us.
