# Hops and Valerian Tincture [^1]
A [[💡 Tinctures|Tincture]] for [[⭐️ Sleep]] made of equal parts [[🌿 Hops]] and [[🌿 Valerian]].
Take to 1 TSP two hours before bed, and then again at bedtime. Keep the bottle nearby. If you wake up in the middle of the night, take another dose. Both hops and [[🌿 Valerian]] are very bitter and pungent, and most dislike the flavor, but it can be diluted in a warm water or [[💡 Tea]].
