# Chocolate, Strawberry, and Coconut Overnight Oats [^1]

## Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 CUP old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 CUP almond milk
- 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP dark unsweetened [[Cocoa Powder]]
- 2 TSP peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 TSP [[Seeds, Chia]] or ground [[Flaxseeds]]
- 3-4 [[Strawberries]], chopped
- 1 TSP [[Coconut Flakes]]
- 1 TBSP nuts ([[Cashews]], [[Almonds]], [[Peanuts]], etc)
## Instructions
1. Mash the banana
2. Stir with oats, milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, and nut butter
3. Refrigerate overnight
4. When ready to eat, top with berries, coconut, and nuts
