# Aerobic Exercise
Also known as Cardio or Endurance Training, Aerobic Exercise speeds up your heartrate and breathing.
Studies have shown that we get the greatest mental health benefit from exercise by doing four days of [[💡 Moderate Intensity Exercise]] (60 minutes, including 10 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool down) and two days of [[💡 High Intensity Exercise]] (45 minutes, including 10 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool down) every week. **Do not do two High Intensity days in a row.**[^1]
