With every success, we move the goalposts instead of celebrating the success or forming the habit, setting ourselves up to miss.

> When we want to get in shape we go to the gym 1-2 a week. Soon after we move to 3x, then to 5x and canโt sustain it, so we feel like we failed. We often struggle to stay consistent because we move goalposts. Instead, go once a week for two weeks in a row. Consistency beats intensity.
