##### ๐Ÿ’จ Anuloma Viloma [[On Tools, Skills, and Practices...]] Type: [[๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Breathwork ๐Ÿ’จ]] Use: [[๐Ÿ›  Self-Soothing]] Be sure to practice [[๐Ÿ’จ Nadi Shuddhi]] before Anuloma Viloma. From [[Sanskrit]] Anuloma Viloma it translates to "alternate nostril breathing," but instead of alternating by blocking our nostrils, we don't block anything, we just change which nostril we're paying attention to. ###### The Practice - No using fingers, just focusing the attention on inhalation and exhalation in the contralateral nostril. - As you inhale, focus on your left nostril โ€“ feel the air flow through it. - As you exhale focus on your right nostril โ€“ feel the air flow out. - Inhale again, but this time focusing on your right nostril. - Exhale through you your left nostril to complete one round. After two weeks to one month of combining [[๐Ÿ’จ Nadi Shuddhi]] Anuloma Viloma by using both for 10 minutes each day, you can move on to [[๐Ÿ’จ Prana Shuddhi]].
