1. Take an upright posture with your feet flat on the floor.
2. As you inhale, stretch up the spine.
3. As you exhale, release any tension downward.
4. As you inhale, draw energy in.
5. As you exhale, release tension out.
6. Take several more breaths, noticing the feeling of energized relaxation.
7. Notice feeling centered and open to whatβs arising in the present moment.
