###### 🔑 Mindfulness is essential, but not enough [[🕯️ Mindfulness]] is essential to so much of our [[🦮 How to Recover from Trauma|🦮 trauma recovery]] and [[⭐️ Self-Becoming]]. It allows us to look honestly and deeply at what is, and without that it’s much more difficult to actually tend to ourselves. But mindfulness it isn’t enough to heal everything, it’s not enough to fully [[🦮 How to Recover from Trauma|🦮 recover from trauma]]. It isn’t a replacement for [[💡 Therapy|Therapy]] and it isn’t enough to ameliorate the problems in all the different facets of our life — it’s instead complimentary to the [[Practices 🕯️]], [[⭐ Life Skills]], [[⭐️ Relationships|⭐️ Relationship]] skills and other learnings which do address those things. Mindfulness alone can’t teach us how to have difficult conversations or resolve [[🕯️ Generative Conflict|conflict]] or meet others’ [[⭐️ needs]], for example.
