##### π We learn and discover the most by going inward
> β*So you have to be your own teacher. You yourself have to change, and therefore have to learn to observe, to [[π‘ Self-Intimacy|know yourself]]. This learning about yourself is a fascinating and joyous business.*β

It's astonishing what little we know about our universe.
We were not born not into it, but *out* of it; we are of it, we are cosmos embodied.
The single most complex thing we've found in the cosmos so far is us.
It only follows that we can learn the most about it by learning about ourselves.
And the best way to learn about us is to look inward.
This makes [[π‘ Self-Intimacy|Self-Intimacy]] one of lifeβs most important practices.
