- Lay down with the back of your head cradled in your interlaced hands, nose pointed toward the ceiling.
- Without moving your head, turn your eyes to the right side and hold 30 seconds (or as long as you want).
- Bring your eyes back to center and notice and physiological changes.
- Look to the left and hold for 30 seconds (or as long as you want).
- Bring your eyes back to center.
