These practices are mostly inspired by Wilhelm Reich's style of somatic therapy, often called Reichian Therapy. 1. Lie down on the floor in [[🛠 Constructive Rest Position]] and allow yourself to settle into the support of the ground. 2. Establish a [[🛠 Pendulation Anchor]]. 3. Begin [[💨 Connected Breathing]]. Feel any emotions that surface. Allow any spontaneous body movements that arise (e.g., stretching gestures, tremoring, etc.). - 12 mins 4.
