Our fingertips should be resting on the soft spot just under our collarbone, and angled to point toward our neck (rather than our arms) as much is comfortable. Our eyes can be closed or partially closed, or we can gaze down toward the tip of our nose. Like the flapping wings of a butterfly, alternate tapping this soft spot with our fingertips -- left, right, left, right. Take in slow, deep [[💨 Belly Breath]]s and observe any thoughts, images, sounds, smells, feelings, or sensations non-judgmentally, as if they were clouds passing by.
