###### The Practice
(When afraid) I have fear...(whatever is on your mind, all fears big and small)
(When angry) I am resentful at (what or whoever) because I have fear....(write why)
I am now ready and hereby release these fears and resentments so that I can have a clearer vision of what I should do today and so I'll have the focus, energy, and inner calm to do it to the best of my ability
