If someone calls themselves [[💡 IFS-Informed]], make absolutely sure they have completed the training that gives them the right to do so. There are some people who call themselves "IFS-Informed" after only reading a book or two, and this is not enough. Depending on their skill-set, it's possible for a someone to go through something like the [[📖 ✅ IFS Online Circle]] and be a competent with IFS fundamentals. This is especially true if that they have both been an IFS client and overcome their own trauma using IFS. ###### Trained vs Certified Being IFS trained (Level 1 - Level 3) does not mean they've been certified.
