Find a quiet place with either a full-length mirror, or one large enough that you can see your face and shoulders. ###### Silent Mirror Gazing[^1] Rest your eyes on your reflection, noticing any thoughts or feelings that arise. Look at your hair, forehead, lips, throat, chin, and so on. Write any feelings, thoughts, or words that arise. Notice your posture, breathing, where your hands are. Look into your eyes for one minute or more and then write down any thoughts and feelings that arise.
