The Pomodoro Technique is traditionally: work 25 mins, break 5 mins, but I find this too rigid.
## Enhanced
- Set micro-goals for the period.
- Time your work via stopwatch.
- Stop when your [[💡 Focus & Concentration]] drops to ~50%.
- [[⭐️ Rest and Restoration]] for 1/4 to 1/3 of your work time.
- If you have a tendency to over-work, set what you feel is a reasonable time.
