Flex your leg muscles, squeeze your hands, gyrate, stretch, curl your toes, shake your limbs feel into your body, turn your head side to side. Let your body move in whatever way it wants. I often have a lot of energy stored in my body, especially my legs. I might feel completely exhausted and depleted and it sometimes takes me a while to recognize that a lot of my [[💡 Fatigue|Fatigue]] is actually related to this energy.
