⬆️: [[Household Cleaning]] ##### How to Clean a Kitchen ###### Dishwasher - Remove bottom rack - Remove screen/filter, rinse - Scrub water stains with bleach and a brush - 1 cup bleach in the bottom, run hot and long ###### Stove - Remove the caps and diffuser - Dishtab soak for the caps - Weiman on the grates to re-darken them - Easy Off for the diffuser if they're gross. - Bar Keeper's Friend can get the rest ###### Fridge - Remove all the stuff, ditch the expired stuff - Use [[🛠 Household Cleaning Mix]] and a cloth on the walls - Remove, vacuum, clean, rinse, and dry the drawers - Reinsert the drawers and line with paper towels to make it easy to keep them clean - Open box of baking soda to remove smells. Replace every 2 months. ###### Blender Scrub with a mix of baking soda and water. Let sit 15-20 or overnight. If it's still cloudy, 1 cup of vinegar and water fill with water. Let sit overnight. ###### Microwave - 1/4 Cup Water - 1/4 Cup Vinegar in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave 5 min and wipe clean. ###### Sink/Drain - 1/2 cup baking soda - 1 cup vinegar Plug the drain with a cover or dish towel.
