Make a list of possible expenses and how to pay for them. Add 25% to be safe. 3. Manage stimulation levels 4. Plan for stuff to go wrong - Symptoms are worse outside of our normal routines 5. Abandon To-Dos - Get everything done before the trip - Write down anything you have to do later that you might forge 6. Communicate Expectations 7. Take a Recovery Day
