If the [[🛡️ Criticizing|inner-critic]] regularly interferes with the writing process, you'll never get anything done. Borrowing from the field of Engineering: step one is to come up with an idea, and step two is to build a prototype (a first draft) that barely works. Once those ideas are captured on the page they can be examined and improved. Getting the ideas down for yourself takes priority.
