This is a [[🧘 Mindfulness Meditation]] practice which helps us notice and become more aware of both our [[💡 Parts|Parts]], our [[⭐️ Body]], and our surroundings.
###### The Practice

We allow our awareness to be naturally drawn to inner OR outer images, sounds, and [[⭐️ Body|Body]] sensations. Then we [[💡 Noting|Note]] and [[💡 Labeling|Label]] them every few seconds.
Every few seconds, mentally or vocally [[💡 Labeling|label]] and then [[💡 Noting|Note]] each of them.
- Label inner-images or outer sight "See" and then focus on it for a few seconds.
- Label mental talk our outer sound "Hear" and then focus on it for a few seconds.
- Label [[⭐️ Body|Body]] sensations "Feel" and then focus on the sensation for a few seconds.
- If you don't feel pulled to any sights, sounds, or physical sensations, use the label "Rest" and enjoy the rest until something arises.
Do this anywhere between 5-60 minutes.
