##### 🧘 See, Hear, Feel Out

This is a [[🧘 Mindfulness Meditation]] practice which helps us with [[🕯️ Grounding]] and to notice and become more aware of our outer experiences in daily life.
###### The Practice
We allow our awareness to be naturally drawn to outer-sights, sounds, and [[⭐️ Body|Body]] sensations. Then we [[💡 Noting|Note]] and [[💡 Labeling|Label]] them.
- Label outer sights "See" and then focus on it for a few seconds.
- Label sounds "Hear" and then focus on the sound for a few seconds.
- Label [[⭐️ Body|Body]] sensations "Feel" and then focus on the sensation for a few seconds.
- If you don't feel drawn to any of them, use the label "Rest" and enjoy the rest until something arises.
Do this anywhere between 5-60 minutes.
