###### 🧘 See, Hear, Feel Rest

We allow our attention to effortlessly float between inner or outer visual, auditory, and [[⭐️ Body|somatic]] rest.
Every few seconds, mentally or vocally [[💡 Labeling|Label]] and then [[💡 Noting|Note]] various forms of rest.
- Label auditory or mental silence “Hear” and then focus on it for a few seconds.
- Label visual rest or a lack of mental image “See” and then focus on it for a few seconds.
- Label physical or emotional relaxation “Feel” and then focus on it for a few seconds.
We can also create rest and then focus on it.
- Close the eyes and focus on the darkness
- Intentionally relax the [[⭐️ Body|Body]]
- Create silence with earplugs or noise-canceling earphones
Do this anywhere between 5-60 minutes.
