Some call this "chi" or "kundalini" or "prana."[^2] Self-energy arises spontaneously once our parts have [[🕯️ Unblending|unblended]]. [[🔑 Blending is a spectrum]], and the more our parts unblend, the more deep inner-healing is possible[^3], and we can direct that energy to our parts or other people. ##### Qualities of Self-Energy [[⭐️ Internal Family Systems|IFS]] simplifies the makeup of Self-energy into "the 8 Cs" and "the 5 Ps."
