##### Self-Massage
Massage and bodywork can go deep, and working from the outside in can help heal deep wounds by gradually softening [[๐ก๏ธ Emotional Armoring|Emotional Armoring]].
We could try a simple self-massage, beginning with our feet, working up our legs. We can be gentle and loving and remind ourselves that it's meant to feel good. There are lots of self-massage products (I own and like [[๐ RAD Products]]) to help with this.
###### Ear Massage
Starting with the top of the ears, lightly squeeze and release, slowly making your way down to the earlobe.
