##### Effortless Mindfulness
Effortless Mindfulness builds onto the [[🕯️ Mindfulness|Mindfulness]] path. Similarly to the way traditional (deliberate) [[🧘 Mindfulness Meditation]] has us focus on a [[💡 Meditation Anchor|Meditation Anchor]] and then re-focus when we notice we've become distracted, Effortless Mindfulness is about resting as and being aware as [[💡 Presence|Presence]], whose nature is joy and peace. EM meditations are usually called a "Glimpse," because it's expected that we will become [[💡 Blending|blended]] again. [[👤 Loch Kelly]] claims it's possible to live day-to-day with parts [[🕯️ Unblending|unblended]] from [[💡 Presence|Presence]]. The intention is not to escape [[💡 Parts|Parts]], but to make this transition and be with our full experience.
