###### Finger Tracing
- If it feels safe, close your eyes.
- Hold your left hand in front of you, palm up, fingers spread.
- Touch the tip of your right index finger to the tip of your left thumb.
- Use your finger to trace along the outside of your hand, as if with a pencil on paper.
- Go all the way to the pinkie, then all the way back. Focus on the sensations.
- Switch hands.
- Repeat
