The IFS Process

The IFS Process is a methodology for achieving The Goals of Internal Family Systems in safety during IFS Sessions. Generally speaking, it's best to be guided by a practitioner, but (for now) they're in short supply and are often prohibitively expensive. It's possible to use IFS on your own, but it can be quite difficult, which is in part why this guide exists. This is a way get to know parts, not the way. Don't start with serious Trauma, go where it feels safe enough.

The order of this list is a tendency, not a rule.
The notes themselves will clarify why that is.
