It's an [[Open Awareness]] practice. ###### The Practice Stand, if you're able We tune-into how we're feeling in our [[⭐️ Body]] and our [[⭐️ Emotions]], but we keep our eyes open. This teaches us to be aware of the space around us and our inner experience at the same time. We've all had moments where we stood up and spontaneously stretched. That's essentially all this is. Make a T with your arms and take a big, deep stretch in whatever way feels good to your body. Just keep extending your arms and you'll notice your body wants to twirl, spin, and "unwind."
