I regularly make small changes to various pages in the guide and signify it by the "Last Updated" field above a note's heading, but readers still have to navigate to the page on their own to check if there have been any updates. So, until I figure out a better solution, I'll be hiding those dates and releasing waves of updates, keeping track of the notes I make significant changes to, and compiling them in update notes like these.
It's been an interesting few weeks with some goings-on that have a lot of potential for the guide:
1. This month's module of [[📖 🟠 The Healing Trauma Program]] was theory-heavy and much of it ran parallel to what's already in the guide. There are a few new additions, but I focused on the practical stuff.
2. My understanding of IFS has been rapidly snowballing for the last several weeks and the guide will soon reflect that. I've also joined the [[📖 ✅ IFS Online Circle]], so my funding goal on BuyMeACoffee to pay for it has been removed. It hurt (a lot) financially, but I think it's a good decision in the long-term. I've already begun to material from it and several books (see: [[🗺️ Roadmap]]), but there is so much to get through that it's going to take a lot of time to complete. The first month of the Online Circle alone has over seven hours of video.
3. I'm going to be re-writing and (maybe) recording various IFS meditations so they can be either read or (maybe) listened to here in the guide.
4. I've been learning more about plant medicines and gardening and see no reason to not integrate it. Very much in the beginning stages.
5. I've been accepted into [SoundsTrue's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program](https://www.soundstrue.com/products/mindfulness-meditation-teacher-certification-program). However the 50% off scholarship I was offered (while substantial) is still well beyond my means. My application has been escalated, giving me a chance at a larger scholarship, but I won't find out how much larger until the fall. This is a two-year program starting at the beginning of 2023. I know it would mean significant additions to the guide and what I can provide to the people who use it, but I imagine it could go beyond what I'm already envisioning. I won't hold my breath, but in the meantime I'm bolstering my application however I can and I'll share any updates as they happen. This would be my new BuyMeACoffee goal, but I have no idea how much I'm going to need. You can always [[❤️ Support My Work]] to help me feed myself and pay for more resources to integrate. Even if I'm still unable to afford the program, there's still a lot of potential here.
