Keeping a list of all those changes would have been an ordeal in itself, so I spared myself the trouble. I’m applying what I’ve learned in recent weeks to notes I wrote months ago. There’s still *a lot* to do, but there are new additions coming and if I waited until this revision was finished to publish an update I’m not sure when that would happen. This is an ongoing process that’ll take a lot of time and consideration, but I think the guide will be much stronger for it. ###### Examples - [[⭐️ Emotions]] and IFS-related pages, like [[💡 Parts]] and related notes have seen the most changes. Nothing new has been added — just a tightening up. - Several notes now have “🔼” above their titles. Uplinks are a way of going up a conceptual hierarchy. - The emoji key has been removed in favor of… - The "50 Permanent Notes" folder now has several subfolders that (I think) make the guide easier for us to use and for me to work on.
